I had an overall good experience at Kremlin Palace, especially enjoying the food and pool facilities, but I faced some issues with the reception service, which was less than ideal. The guest relations team, particularly Miss Farnaz, was incredibly helpful and made my stay more enjoyable. I loved the variety of dining options and the entertainment provided, but cleanliness in some areas of the hotel could definitely be improved.
