The food was varied and delicious. I especially liked the 24-hour bar! Guest relations were kind and helpful. Pools were very clean, I enjoyed them a lot. The breakfast buffet had a great variety. The night activities were joyful.
The gym equipment seemed a little dated. Some updating could benefit everyone.

The hotel had a big, clean pool. There was a long beach close by. I found the staff friendly and helpful.
The rooms felt old. The bathrooms were not cleaned well. Night entertainment was not very good.

cheap alcoholinsufficient shade
I was frustrated by a couple of issues . the quality of drinks was disappointing. the alcoholic options tasted cheap, and the coffee from the machine was just bad (i really needed a good coffee!). also, the beach shade was insufficient. Finding a parasol was a constant struggle, though there were plenty of sunbeds available. this made relaxing difficult without adequate protection from the sun.

the resort was beautiful, so many facilities are provided for every member of the family. staff members are very friendly and helpful whenever needed. Facilities are super clean. food and drinks are available ALL DAY, kids play centres are available and many swimming pools exists, what more can you ask.

the buffet was very nice with a lot of varieties and something for everyone. there were different themes each night, so the selection never becomes monotonous and boring. the restaurants have extensive menus, with many delicious options.

the hotel includes multiple large pools, some with slides and dedicated kids areas. there are several bars located conveniently throughout the hotel and near the beach. the resort have a well-equipped gym with various machines and free weights.

staff member were always smiling and ready to help. the cleaning staff do a great job, they kept the rooms and public areas immaculate. front desk was very professional and responsive to any questions i have asked.
